But each day, I am called back to the beauty of this world: the roses in our garden, the pups at my feet, my loves, our ancestors, other death care workers, artists, storytellers, dreamers, and troublemakers who insist that our disenchantment and re-enchantment, our grief and fear and rage and courage and joy and play, our softness and our fierceness, can and MUST coexist as we do the work to turn towards one another and ourselves, again and again.
This insistence on our and this worlds' multiplicity, and on our capacity to stay with the trouble and one another - human and more than - is what is at the heart of Grief Magic. I'm a very scattered, ADHD type, and often feel like a "bad student." What if I am not sure if I'll be able to keep up with materials? Keeping up is fake! There are no bad students! This course follows the wheel of the year and is meant to be perused at YOUR pace for years to come. It's better thought of as a curated library than a course. Go as deep into those aisles as you want, or touch in with just one of the prompts or resources or workshops and remember this resource is designed to SUPPORT you attuning to yourself, not berate yourself for not doing enough.
I am new to having a creative practice and not sure where to begin, but I know that I want to create more. Is this for me? This is for all of us who want to create space for our creative expression- and one of the things that makes this space beautiful is getting to see all the differences in approaches, levels of experience, mediums used, etc. You will not be alone as a beginner or as someone who has been at it for a while!
Can I cancel at anytime? Yes, if you are on a payment plan for the self paced study. While refunds for prior months or 1 time payments are unavailable, you can cancel your remaining subscription at any time. Please note, if you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to our course page - so please download materials you wish to keep from prior months.
Are there scholarships? YES. There are scholarships available for those in need- just respond to this email or DM me and let me know if you're looking for a partial or full scholarship. 🌸
